BATTERSBY is a family concern which has been trading for over 180 years. The company originally supplied local farmers with feeds, seeds and fertilisers.

Over the past 25 years we have diversified in to supplying Sports Grounds throughout England with top dressings, loams, grass seeds and fertilisers.

We have also introduced a range of complementary products and services such as mobile covers, flat sheets, ground maintenance services and line-marking machines and compounds.

Our latest development sees the addition of Shocka Sports which is trading as part of the Richard Battersby group.

Shocka Sports supply personalised clothing to sports teams, groups, work forces etc. across the UK. We offer a full in-house print and embroidery service and because of minimal overheads we are able to offer great products at fantastic prices.

As well as supplying sports clubs we are also open to the public as a retail outlet.
